Protect your creativity by adding the Artistic Discretion Provision to your existing contract. This Artistic Discretion Provision is a statement in a legal contract that outlines that all processing, shooting, posing etc. are of the artistic discretion of the Photographer.
This is not a contract. This provision must be added to an existing contract.
IMPORTANT: If you already have a contract from TheLawTog®, you do not need this provision; it is already included in your contract language.
